Can you take that chart and partially fill the bars in a different colour for points gained by team in 18th? I know just 28 points was last season's target for 17th (assuming 1 or more better GD than 18th) and possibly 34/35 few seasons before that.

I don’t care. I just don’t think in any given Championship season, you could accurately predict the top six in August. Which is, at least in part, the point.

I asked you to name than because you - like anyone else - wouldn’t be able to. Which is because unlike the Prem, it’s not turgidly predictable every year which clubs will be up there.

Not on a Saturday night. I am sure I have the data, but someone on here suggested 17th a better index.
 
If you're fit, you'll play 300 games in the Premier League these days easy. Takes no talent anymore. There's no requirement to get the supporters off their feet. Just pass a ball 6 foot and have the ability to run around like you forgot to lock the front door and you're sorted.
