Protein shakes

Malloy

Winger
Im needing surgery and today in the pre med assessment the nurse says to have lots of protein in the comming weeks in the form of shakes, yogurts and cheese.

Anyone have experience of operations and been told the same and recommend any shakes

Cheers

Protein shakes are basically flavoured milk, sometimes with added chemicals, (do some have creatine?).

Milk is much cheaper than all that overpriced Meathead Mouthwash.

Don't be shy what is the operation?

Too much protein is bad for you.

Or you just piss it back out again.

Yeah that's what I'm seeing doing a bit googling.

Might ask at the chemist, the wifey at the hospital was rather vague on what I need to do

Protein shakes should really just be used by blokes who want to juggle cows (in between meals as there isn't enough time to eat the required amount of food needed). It's basically drinking a steak.

Suppose it's okay for a quick fix.

Piss it back out again? Absolute bollocks mate. Any excess calories are stored as fat

Thanks, isthat a good price and how much would one of them last?
My protein is the cheapest place for protein by miles. Chances are I can find you a 30% off code as well. It will last a few weeks if you are having 2 a day.

Code is COUNTDOWN

30% off counting down 1% an hour from 9am. So still over 20% off.
