Is the quality tanking or is it more the quality of what comes up is way behind the teams in the prem already? That 100m plus a season for teams that can consistently survive isa massive hurdle for new comers, much the same as the relegated teams have a huge advantage over the championship teams while their parachute payments last.

The Prem League is nowhere near as good as I thought it was. I still have no doubt we'll go down, ultimately budgets counts.
However Palace were pretty rubbish today, and we've only conceded one per game V Liverpool, Spurs and Man U.
