People who ride horse driven carts and ignore the rules of the road

We were coming back from amble earlier in the year and at least 30 sets came out of car park along by Ellington in front of us - lots being ‘driven’ by kids on a busy main road and others by adults necking lagers from crates on the back , it’s baffling how they get away with it

It’s as if the police are afraid of them
 
Was irritated by one when we left Kynren. We parked in Bishop Auckland town centre, so there were queues of cars all over the place wanting to leave. Some idiot took a horse and cart through the the middle of it all, but he wasn't even looking at the road and was faffing about on his phone :evil:
