Was put on a short prescription of Omeprazole not long ago. Unfortunately my issue keeps flaring up and I have to avoid certain foods or I’m in agony. Working out which foods to avoid is a job in itself. Coffee/tea, certain peppers, ice cream, fizzy drinks, peas, carrots, kale. Absolute nuisance.

Just had gelato and after my cod and chips before the omeprazole wears off.
