Agreed. Nobody could predict the American would do that. As I said elsewhere, Adlington actually beat her supposed main rival.
It's another medal regardless.

You have to have the talent and I'm not sure we do in swimming.
I some how doubt it. It was a fantastic swim from the 15 year old though, she ripped them apart and never let the pace drop.
