Do any of you know what PIF do? Stop pissing your pants. They are very astute investors. They are not handing 500k a week to any old mercenary. They will improve the stadium, training ground, invest in youth (like Willock) and sell on within five years.

My non attending Washington, Penshaw and Shiney Mag work Colleagues will be cock-a-hoop tomorrow...never attend..but my God they'll all have an opinion on it!!

Woah, it's nowt to do with us mate.
I’m from the north wast of England and proud of it. When I was younger I’d socialise in Newcastle. Ignoring football for a minute it’s a great, iconic city and symbol of the region (sorry, but like it or not, it is). So yeah I do feel it’s a stain on the whole area. And you have to ask the question…WHY?

I wasn't expecting substantial benefits for the whole region. At best they'd have bought and gentrified bits of the Sheepfolds.

Er......

Ruler of Dubai hatched phone hacking operation to spy on wife

I know enough to know that Craig Hope et al will certainly be giving the Saudi embassy in London a wide berth if they write anything unfavourable 😂

While I joke, it has, it already f***ing has.

Oooh yous don't even know. It's so easy to create a diplomatic crisis.

We have very few Saudi-sponsors but a decent proportion get -internationally, diplomatically- testy once you involve one UK academic going against their grain.

RTG AFC vs NUFSaud is a terrifying but kind of exciting prospect.

Yes. I have a conscience. Some things are worth more to me than having genocidal mass murderers owning my football club.
But that’s just me.
Well that’s very admirable. I’d like to say I’d do the same, but I won’t.
I take it you also don’t use Facebook or Disney?
