I’d have more respect if they just admitted they didn’t give a shiny shit about the horrific acts their owners committed and are happy to accept them so they can be the richest club in the world.
Similarly I’d have had more respect if they hadn’t spouted the shit about not wanting the murderous, heinous regime to take over because they wanted to be the richest club in the world, but because of the impact not being taken over was having on their mental health and the regeneration of the North East.
