Just had a TL who’s been in job 18month only just got over 10y come in our area cocky as fuck smiling saying he’s off and he can’t wipe the smile off his face to lads with 35 y service as we had our pension. Ive heard there are 600 staff over 55 years old. So, all able to retire, most waiting for this sort of deal. However the vast majority are man staff.Unless folks are really close to retiring is 50k that good a price for f***ing off?
Its not like working at Nissan is gonna open the doors of power in the outside world, so they take the 50k and then have years of earning a much smaller amount in the outside world
