So I said well just remember that every time you whinge then how lucky you are...

Needless to say he never left and retired a few years ago with his nice pension, must have realised where he was better off...

Now I know that pension has gone now for the new starters, but the wages are ticking up nicely, and the way you are treated at work is a lot better now along with the much lower targets per man these strange days,

So if you can get your head around a bit of graft, keep your nose clean and if your ambitious look for an opportunity to progress or improve your skills it could still work out decent for you hopefully...🤔

Good post. Nearly 20 yrs spent in manufacturing for huge companies and some small local ones and every place had its fair share of whingers. Had an attitude of they should be grateful to have me .

I’m sure they will be ok, with all them hours they got away with. They need to step up for the company tho, they went on 3 shifts years ago and could hack it. Thats why they put all the fannys and females there on recruitment.

They were !!!! But hope line 2 lads with early finish got ridiculously mortal . And woke up this morning. With wrath of Khan from there lasses . Saying I'm sick of u drinking!! And pissed evetry Xmas shutdown. Ya can move in with Carling and his 60k savings and watch youtube videos together!!! ...
