Yes they should be able to get you a deal, but deals depend on whats available at the time. Brother picked same as me a week after I did and was told none left, so have had theirs for 15 months now and are waiting for the next list to come out.

Is it just surplus stock that they list?
 
I used to get my Marra one a few years back, probs his wife decided to have a couple of accidents.
I was the policy holder, not the named driver so the accident counted against my no claims, so had to stop my mate from getting another.
If you do get one from a mate please remember this.

A list is issued out to people on what is available, it changes every month.
At the minute it’s very restricted, more than ever.
I’ve came off the scheme to build my no claims back up, as using a lease car wipes this out.
 
The wife’s cousin works for JLR , their friend and family scheme gave up to 20% off various LR vehicles subject to availability.

All Jaguars were discounted 35% off rrp.

This was up to October this year , things might have changed with the introduction of the 3 day week.

245 wouldn’t be too bad but bet they end up like rocking horse shite
 
this will probably push me out of it. Rather buy a second hand estate car for the missus (who uses the nissan we have atm)
