Went for manning as the realistic one I would be happy with….I’d prefer Farke but doubt he’d even consider it.

Just Googled Liam Manning (I voted for Big Dunc/other) I didn't realise he was WHU under 23 for 4/5years, Done time in Belgium and as been very decent at MK as a head coach. He certainly fits the remit tbf. Can we not start having a vote with - and your second choice is:)
you can change your vote

Dyche is a good manager but the exact opposite of what we should be going for. Signs big, old journeymen, doesn't give youth a chance and plays ultra defensive hit and hope long ball football. He's very good at what he does within his niche, but its the polar opposite of what we want to be. Worrying that over 100 people have voted for him.

Very surprised to see the bloke in charge of a team 12th in League 1 who has never managed above league 1 having more than double the votes of anyone else.

Managing the pressures around MK Dons is a wholly different proposition to managing SAFC.
More the way he managed it last year but you could see what he was doing with MK.....Much more like we are playing now

Safe option.. I voted Farké btw

The only issue I have with Manning is he is very similar to Lee Johnson in the way he speaks and a similar approach. I didn’t mind it personally, but no way will he connect with the fans.

Pretty uninspiring list. Don't want to touch an ex-pro just 'cos they're a "name". I'll go Manning, as I don't really know much about him so haven't taken any dislike to him. A glowing endorsement.

Should be pushing the boat out for Robins imo.
Done a brilliant job at Coventry, surely we can offer him a better wage and more attractive project?

We could also the offer the opportunity for him to play his home games from a designated local stadium with grass.

Cant help but think we still won’t be able to compete

Voted Robins as he would be my preferred option albeit I'm unsure how realistic a choice he is. Somebody on here earlier was saying he's been voicing discontent very recently, only signed a new 24 month deal in May.

I wouldn't see any problem with Mowbray as an option until the end of the season.
