Just Googled Liam Manning (I voted for Big Dunc/other) I didn't realise he was WHU under 23 for 4/5years, Done time in Belgium and as been very decent at MK as a head coach. He certainly fits the remit tbf. Can we not start having a vote with - and your second choice is:)

Are people forgetting Dyce's dire quality of football and the fact he hates using young players? Seems he's only on the list because he was in the Prem and he's now out of work. He would be a terrible fit for our current squad and ambitions.
He’s an excellent manager who we will be unable to afford. It’s amazing how you can dismiss his amazing achievements at Burnley at a stroke. However I imagine we would have similar problems regarding player recruitment. We need someone who will do as they are told.

I'd take a punt on Liam Manning. You don't need 500 league appearances to be a decent coach. His team took ours to the cleaners last season.

If he gets the young lads buzzing around the pitch like he was with Scott Twine last season, we'll do just fine.
