Outside. If people are meeting outside its generally in public areas. Unless you expect loads of adults hanging about the shop corners?
Or dodgy car parks and lay-bys

Disgraceful Liverpool are not in tier 3
Appears South Tyneside and the whole of Teeside have poor numbers. Rest of Tyne and Wear, Durham and Northumberland are less now than when we half way through local lockdown in October (whilst in tier 2)
Hospital numbers are significantly higher though so this will have an impact
Their cases in the last week are lower than anywhere in the North East. It’s more than cases of course but in terms of cases alone they’re doing much better than the NE.
It’s been known we would be in tier 3 for a couple of days now. It will be interesting to see what happens on the 16th, as I suspect there will be a big push for tier 2
Good point apart from fact tees valley are treat as different regionf***ing Smoggies and Hartlepool twats caused this.
looking at the reasoning for all areas I think the case rate needs tI get below 250 (currently 318) am the rate in over 60s needs to be down to less than 200 (currently 256)

No I wasnt, just merely pointing out their numbers are very high as part of the wider north eastStockton, Teeside etc. aren’t part of the same unified authority as Tyne and Wear, if you were looking at them collectively.
I wonder will BJ ‘save the festive season’ again by downgrading covid tiers on the next review on 16/12
ClosedWhere does tier 3 leave indoor kids soft play?
Propably because of Hull's numbers? Just hoyed you in with them?
Seems correct thing to do if your numbers aren't that healthy unfortunately.I think so, a fair few commute to Hull both students and for work purposes and our hospitals just couldn't cope with a massive influx. Our numbers per 100k are crap anyway.

That's all me and the wife been doing since it all started tbh, shopping locally. Hairdresser on the estate has had to sell her business she has had for 25yrs+. She's devastated, can't afford running it anymore due to the lockdowns n covid. Sad.I was fully expecting it tbh. The numbers are dropping but are still high. At one point Hull was going to do a Liverpool and call in the army for testing.
I'm trying to stay away from people but I'm aware that local shops etc must be taking a hammering if everyone is like me. It's a tricky balance as I have tried to support local whenever I've been able to.
