The club got rid of half the squad in the summer. The team is still two points from safety, but it remains to be seen if some urgent reinforcements will be made

I agree I am a bafoon as I am on a f***ing bus on New Year's Eve returning home after watching that inept performance from players and Manager alike , his signings in the main have been awful, He needs to take his share of the blame.
 
Due to the fact we are up for sale and have no money, Moyes probably has the safest job in the league. Not gonna pay someone off to have to fork out more money on a new manager.
Besides who the fuck we gonna get who can do a better job with this bunch of turd nipples?

I am sure he would admit that, but he cops the blame for stuff he has no control over.

No one will be more angry than Moyes after this, but people need to come together and back the manager to fix things

OK then mate, which manager has had a worse set of players to work with since August? Not just in terms of ability player for player quality but in terms of balance and depth? Name names mate. I think ours is the worst and it's been compounded by several injuries. On that basis I think he is getting the maximum.

Why would he quit? Even if Short has let him terribly down he'd be mad to quid and lose his salary.

If I joined a job where I was promised some freedom to impose my own ideas, at £100k a year say, and as soon as I took over was told I couldn't do it, but had a choice between resigning and losing my income, or waiting til I was sacked, when I'd get £300k upfront I know what I'd do...
