London appears more inclusive and tolerant. Paris feels very divided despite the republics motto. Just my opinion but France a lot more racist (in all directions) than UK

Paris is still a great city but London is the greatest in the world by some distance imho

In the NE we have beautiful coastline, fantastic countryside, still a sense of community, plenty of good places to eat and have a good night out, a fantastic heritage and SAFC.

Having travelled a bit I wouldnt want to live anywhere else.
