Watched it tonight, I love the way they bounce off each other and how chuffed they get when the catch a specific fish they're after. A nice heart-warming Christmas special, I'll not go into detail as I don't want to spoil it for others that may be needing to watch on catch up.

Bit of a depressing Christmas on my own this year with both parents home in bed with Covid. I was looking for something to watch, and thought a Christmas special with Bob Mortimer would be just the ticket (even though I couldn't give a shit about fishing)...
It turns out that this piece of pure unadulterated joy isn't really about fishing as much as its about life. Absolutely wonderful viewing. British countryside and scenery is stunning.
I'm not on episode 4 of Series 1.

Watched the Christmas special the other night.
Now, I normally steer well clear from any sort of fishing programmes, but after reading some of the comments on here, decided to give it a watch. Fantastic programme, the friendship Bob and Paul is great to watch and the scenery is great.
