I think you’ve missed the point, coming down from the car park you have right of way , it’s the nuggets coming across the front of Sainsbury’s that were reluctant to look left to see anything was coming down or in fact give way.

Probably, but that could have been sorted by redoing the well worn off five way road markings rather than blocking the whole thing off.

Could’ve just put a speed bump at the exit from Sainsbury’s to focus people’s attention along with some new signage but it’s more about the money than the risk I reckon
