Mags selling their stadium to themselves

Saudis wouldn't see any issue with it surely. Saves them circa £2B in build costs. They make about £500M profit on the regen and sell off of the St James's area. They get to play in the best Stadium in the UK, and in the much more desirable London in front of 60,000 every "home" game. They pay a decent rent to Spurs who enjoy the extra income.
As amusing as it would be won't ever happen.

So what does this mean exactly? Is this the start of them buying success, or have they just done this to avoid a punishment so they can carry on as normal?
It’s a desperate move to keep them out of trouble. If they had no financial problem they would not do this. It’s like taking out another credit card and loading that up with your unpaid bills. Works only in the short term but eventually the statement arrives in the post. It smacks of hopelessly bad financial control at senior level in the club.
