we seemed to be grooming stokes for the number three spot last year iirc so i think there was a good chance he woudl bat 3 with colly at 4, but if colly is out then yes he will probably bat 4 with either smith or stoneman at 3.

either way we should be too strong but as ever it is a fairly brittle line up, especially if diva & benks dont make scores
