dedication that mate. I'd do 20 min interval training and have an extra 20 min in bed like.
 
I'm currently playing football 3 times a week. Getting a cross trainer on Thursday so that should help. Started by cutting out fizzy pop and crisps. Hopefully this will be a descent start
