At first, I thought you meant the sentiment in his post until I pressed the down arrow and saw the image of the flooding.

This, it’ll be main national news tonight whilst villages across Carlisle have been suffering for decadesThis, it happens in London and it's big news, elsewhere and it's a local story, was worse here about 10 days ago.

Why do people think that London is populated by 'cockneys' when most of the population weren't actually born in the city?Good. About time the smug cockney kernts had something like this
Fail to prepare, prepare to fail!I’m in London now, walked 20 minutes in the storm to get to our hotel, to find out it was the wrong hotel and our hotel was near the tube station we left 29 minutes before. £20 Uber back to the right hotel, took the route we had just walked as well to run salty rain water in to the wound.
£20 quid for just over a mile .Fail to prepare, prepare to fail!
Smug foreignersWhy do people think that London is populated by 'cockneys' when most of the population weren't actually born in the city?

It's pissed down here most of the day. The bottom end of the garden is under a few inches of water, but that's nowt new considering these houses were built on watercress fields back in the 1930s. There was a stream used to run through the bottom of the garden which is why we get a bit of water like. Luckily it's 100 ft away. Seen some pics of local flooding in the area
It's my natural flood defence. You smug Cockneys are all the same boasting about your 100ft gardens.
Is it a moat nowIt's my natural flood defence.
