I give the early rounds to usyk as well. Although, to be honest I think they were pretty even. There needs to be more even scoring rounds in boxing imo. The first few rounds were two fighters feeling each other out and it would be harsh for a fighter to be potentially 3 nil down after them opening rounds.

I gave them to usyk because he was the busier and a lot of ajs shots were to thin air but the crowd made him sound better than he was.

British judge scoring for the Brit and Ukrainian judge scoring for the Ukrainian, what a f***ing shocker :D

As soon as the judges were announced a few hours before the fight it was always going to be a split decision if there was no stoppage. It's just sad how a dominant fight came down to the neutral judge, if he scored it badly there would of been hell on.

Was the American judge who had Joshua up wasn't it?

Actually you're right. I was unaware of it tbh. I just knew the 3 judges were British, American and Ukrainian.
The American actually had a good record, only controversial scoring's he had were Pacman v Thurman and Wilder v Ortiz so he's not a complete dosser.

Boxing judging is heavily scrutinised because of recent event's but they've picked on him when he's had a bad night.

I know he was obviously emotional after losing the fight, but how in God's name, did he have the temerity to question the result ?
Usyk clearly beat him, by winning more rounds, and though Joshua tagged Usyk a few times, Joshua's attacks were sporadic, rather than sustained, and he simply didn't do enough overall, to win the fight over 12 rounds.
His outburst & tantrum was unnecessary and totally embarrassing, and he ought to have some of his purse withheld, and given a warning over his future conduct.

My electric went off at the back end of the fight, I missed the best round for Joshua, it was off for a couple of rounds but up until then he hadn’t really stamped any authority.

I do think his muscle mass is a problem regarding work rate, he just hasn’t got that level needed to out box a decent fighter in my opinion.

If you’re going 12 rounds you’ve got to do far more, he might as well have came out all guns blazing and try for an early KO.

Agreed.
He forced Usyk back onto the ropes, with some good punches, but he just didn't show enough aggression nor the will to win.
He just seemed hesitant to fully commit to trying to impose himself, and go toe to toe for any prolonged period of the fight, possibly for fear of walking onto a Usyk sucker punch.
He just seemed to lack belief that he could put Usyk away.

He lost confidence for me after the first Ruiz fight. He did what he had to do in the rematch and no more.

He has no real spark anymore, he’s almost become as delusional as Audley Harrison.

Agreed.
The Ruiz loss, was a huge shock to Joshua's system, and if anything, it exposed his frailties to future opponents, and to the watching world.

He was far more disciplined in the rematch and deservedly won the fight, (reminiscent of Leonard, in the rematch with Roberto Duran, after learning from his mistake of going toe to toe with a brawler, and losing the initial fight,) but sadly for AJ, the damage had been done, in that first fight.
