Latest boxing crack

His highest ranked win is Pulev who lost to unranked Chisora so imagine where AJ will end up in the rankings

Boxing is 90% marketing and having a brand rather than having skill - That's how the likes of the Paul Brothers and KSI etc are making millions from Boxing - his manufactured brand was the best heavyweight in the world which he's not.

He's 32 with no brand, no marketing and he's not the best heavyweight in the world, he's arguably not even top 5 as Wallin, Hunter etc would cause problems.
And say he offered a fight to the listed names, what does he have to offer them to risk Hunter's undefeated record? Absolutely nothing.

He's fucked it in America, he's not exactly revered in either the UK or Europe, he's fucked it in the Middle East now. So where are his last big paydays? A fight in Beijing or Auckland

He's already locked in a 9 figure broadcast deal with Dazn mate - that's for them to worry about in terms of money.

AJ generally fought the best options available at the time. I don't agree with certain criticisms of him, but I've been very vocal in voicing plenty of the criticisms I've had about him even when a bigger percentage of the board were big fans of his and thought he was better than he is/was.

What I don't understand is how people talk like Wilder can carry on and keep going (which I think is fair) after getting slapped to fuck by Fury in 3 fights, 2 of them being brutal decimations, yet apparently has nowhere to go and can't fight on after taking considerably less damage in losing to Usyk twice.

What are you on about?

I responded to someone to say AJ’a record is not padded nor were his opponents handpicked.

What is your point?
I already said in my initial post, what has who AJ has on his resume got to do with his current predicament.

It means Jack Shit, again I wasn’t responding to your spat with someone else, I was simply quoting something you said.

Bigger demographic coming from America innit. Hardly going to be making millions fighting Helenius though. AJ needs to forget about stadium fights from now on, fight a few gatekeepers at the o2 then get 1 last payday fighting Zhang in Beijing or Parker in Auckland are his last chances of a stadium fight.

Aye he's gonna make a couple of million quid but it's upto him whether he has the heart to carry on.

Bigger demographic to pull from, yet still less of a draw than AJ is mate.

Fuck. Me.

I never said it had anything to do with his current predicament.

I asked one question about a resume and the current predicament and you’ve turned it around to say you never said anything about it.

I know you didn’t. 👍

I’ll try again and dumb it down for you.

OP said Joshua’s record was crap.

I said it’s better than anyone else’s.

You asked what it had to do with his current predicament and bizarrely asked if I thought he’d beat Usyk, neither of which are relevant to what I said.

I said it’s got nothing to do with it because we’re talking about his previous opponents.

So something happened that you feel is enough to change people's viewpoint on him, but you aren't going to say what that was?

It changed my view point.
The poster indicated that people didn’t like Joshua are the same who didn’t like khan.
It reflected a racist slimmer. I pointed out I don’t like the two for nothing to do with them being men if colour.

Joshua clearly nicked the first 3, for sure. Was only from Round 4 Usyk started letting leather fly.

Antney controlled the distance and pace fairly well. Early on.
Apart from losing the first two rounds, you’re right Joshua clearly won the first three rounds!

Wilder would servely damage Joshua however.

Okay, but if it was enough to change your viewpoint, why can't you share it? Presumably if it changed your view point it's important enough to change other's?
