What’s a list of opponents got to do with anything current?

Did you think AJ would beat Usyk first time around and last night?

What’s your post got to do with what I was responding to?

The OP said Joshua’s record was shite and his opponents were hand picked.

I agree. Doesn't trust his chin. Could see it last night when he did good work he was hesitant to keep the pressure on as he knew Usyk would throw something decent back.
Agreed.
He caught Usyk a few times, but was then hesitant and never really looked to follow up & go in for the kill.
He seemed very wary of exposing his chin and walking onto a big left hander, from Usyk.

He’s no Ali, but Joshua isn’t as bad as some on here make out. Admittedly the heavyweight scene isn’t that strong imo, but hes only failed to beat 1 bloke. He’s an absolute tit yes, but not a fraud.

Let’s not forget what an absolute tit Fury is as well, with his views on homosexuality.

Which absolute moron would schedule a Boxing event during a World Cup? Boxing is effectively on a hiatus from late November until January because of World events.

I felt sorry for AJ tonight despite my dislike of him, he's been surrounded by commercial leeches who convinced him he's the top 2 in the world. The comparisons Sky made comparing Usyk to Charles Martin was beyond a disgrace and exactly why everything's gone badly wrong. He's possibly not even top 5 - The likes of Hunter, Wallin etc would give him problems. And reality has literally smacked him in the face. Hearn, Garcia, DAZN, the lot of em all parasites and should be responsible for tonight's events.
And not a single one of them offered to emotionally support him during his mental breakdown, just stood and watched.
I guess that moron would be Eddie Hearn….

Joshua's promoter Hearn gave a passionate defence of his fighter.

"This is someone who I want my kids to look up to," he said.

"If he's out in public, he gives everyone his time. He's one of the nicest guys. He's a competitor and winner.

"What you saw was raw emotion. A real person who wanted to win badly."

Hearn dismissed any suggestions of Joshua retiring, saying he would like see him be more active. He wants Joshua to return in December and have at least three fights in 2023.

Hearns been saying in interviews for weeks that Joshua wants to fight in December and that they will be looking to put shows on during the world cup.

So something happened that you feel is enough to change people's viewpoint on him, but you aren't going to say what that was?

It's because Khan got sucked off in Manchester airport by a lass the poster really liked

That was a total lack of respect.
I am very surprised he hasn’t been hammered for this.
It was my interpretation that he didn’t agree with the decision and half way through his rant he changed the narrative.

I’m not going to go into it.
Both parties were wrong, however, shows khan up to exactly what the horrible bastard is.
Should be picking a fine up for that

Only one opponent he hasn't managed to beat and people are going on like he's got nowhere to go

His highest ranked win is Pulev who lost to unranked Chisora so imagine where AJ will end up in the rankings

Boxing is 90% marketing and having a brand rather than having skill - That's how the likes of the Paul Brothers and KSI etc are making millions from Boxing - his manufactured brand was the best heavyweight in the world which he's not.

He's 32 with no brand, no marketing and he's not the best heavyweight in the world, he's arguably not even top 5 as Wallin, Hunter etc would cause problems.
And say he offered a fight to the listed names, what does he have to offer them to risk Hunter's undefeated record? Absolutely nothing.

He's fucked it in America, he's not exactly revered in either the UK or Europe, he's fucked it in the Middle East now. So where are his last big paydays? A fight in Beijing or Auckland

He’d still get a big pay day in the U.K., not stadium fights obviously but he’s still a big draw. If Chisora can do PPV so can he…

I do wonder if he’ll seek to do something in Nigeria actually
