Yes. And, if Speakman (great name, by the way) gets the structure right, a replacement can be seamlessly recruited: that's the beauty (one of several) of this type of setup, I think.

Looks like he's invested in a proper recruitment form who have run the numbers. He's clearly value for money and been involved with producing some top players

I agree it was almost an interview for the criticism the club has faced on here, almost oddly so. Even had the interviewer using words like ethos.
