Matthews with McGloughlin
Love with Willis
Ruitter with Burge
Cattermole with Embleton (sort of)
I wouldn't say we are worse off in those trades. Even Cattermole for Embleton on the basis that we had too many players for the same role, we've got a high earner off the books and kept a good prospect.

Tbf it's more changing it half way through a season that I hate it for that reason, although it's very rarely successful in UK for any real length of time with Chelsea being the only side using to with any real effect - off the top of my head).

I’ve been hoping we looked at a more fluid formation and style since maybe middle of last season. I dunno if JR will change it for good but let’s just hope we’ve got the players for whatever style/set up, we chose.
