JET2 Flight refunds

still to receive my refund from Ryanair from 28th March. I’ll be ringing them after work like and giving them a mouthful

You will be getting a voucher after 20 working days like everyone else. And have to live chat rather than ring.

I've emailed my MP a full essay about it.

Actually really irresponsible telling people they will be getting a cash refund and then no doing it.

Due to circumstances I can’t book a flight at the moment so a voucher or booking new flights are out of the question. Had no problem with Ryanair used them lots but this will stop me using them
