This happened to me. I assumed that the expiry date on it had been set incorrectly which is why it though it was old.For some reason my ticket yesterday had been archived. I did not archive it. Reading this thread no biggie in the grand scheme of things but it did seem a bit odd.
Without wanting to derail the thread, that’s why I’d always choose an iPhone.
What will have happened is that an admin bod will have set a parameter incorrectly on the Android version of the ticket. Absolutely nothing to do with the capability of the operating system and just as easy to do on the iOS version.
And how would that solve a single problem that has been discussed on this thread?Ideally just take the smallest possible allocation
