I'm making some for the first time. I've got loads of rhubarb so it's rhubarb wine.

Any good suggestions that anyone has made? I've heard elderflower is nice.

I dont want to sound pedantic but they can't sound minging. They will either be nice or shit and I won't know until it's made.

Just use standard tea bags and you end up with something that closely resembles sherry.

I was going to use a cup of strong tea in my rhubarb wine for the tannin
