There will have been an acoustic report done on those plots before planning was passed and measures put in place to kill the noise within the build.

next time you pass those houses on station Rd Cleadon where Gordon Durhams was have a look at the big ugly Acoustic trickle vents on the windows.That’s the type of thing I’m on about.
