Which is of course why they've announced a full UK stadium tour and not just 1 London date with room to add more later.

Not really legends are they - the Slavin, supermac and Horswill of rock band legends...

One good album, 30 years ago.

They could have had 1 good album made up from the songs on Use Your Illusion 1 and 2.

Legends release a series of classic albums and maintain that standard for a run of albums, e.g. Bowie, Stones, Elton John, Beatles, The Who, Zeppelin.

Even bands like Deep Purple were patchy throughout their career and released a few clunkers.

I saw GnR at Gateshead Stadium years ago and both Faith No More and Soundgarden were better on the day.

Just bought a ticket for the Saturday show, however this is in the Golden Circle.

On the 17th of June, the chavs will go watch the Stone Roses at Wembley while the cool lads will be at GnR.

Looks like St James Park will be the future NE venue for stadium rock. If any at all. Our days are over.
