got round in a little over 1hr30m which i was really pleased with. in a perfect world i'd have done a sub-1.30 but wasn't to be and i couldn't have run any harder. learned lessons though, i'm going to start taking gels on board on longer runs as my miles gradually went from 6.45s to 7.15s as the race wore on and i had a really sugar crash on the finish line. had to neck loads of lemonade, jelly babies, biscuits etc and it still took me about 15 mins to stop shaking, which wasn't nice.
