Yet he is older now than 3 years ago and considering he was missing for half a season his best season stats wise was this one.

and now we might be getting closer to the reality..at SAFC the team was built aeround him..
at preston it was..
so thats when he can perform best..
but is he anymore able to have a team built around him at a higehr level?
 
Dont think it’ll work out well for the club or the team, both would have been better served by moving him or letting him go and moving on properly.

yes the blokes done well for us in this league but so he should but he’s been a big part of 3 seasons of underachievement !

let him go bring through or being in pacy, young players who want to kick on and prove plenty

No reason we can't both keep McGeady and bring in a young, fast player to compete with him/learn from him/use as a impact sub etc. It doesn't have to be as black and white as starter/get rid.

For what it's worth, I think (if he signs up) he'll still start most games and he's still a real asset at this level.

Honeyman was a miss

hence why he just won the league and we are looking at 4 years in league one
