i'd say what the FLA and the likes are advocating, is drastically closer to being aligned with the nazis policies of the 30's, than 'taring everyone with the same brush' - which is generally just a human trait that could apply to anyone, at any time

It's Freshers intake weekend at the uni. How sad this is happening as a welcome to the city.
What has never been explained is how a demo like this can ''stop rapes and sexual assaults". Like an offender will be about to commit a rape, suddenly remember that demo the football lads did a few weeks ago, and then not commit a crime?
In reality it just wastes police resources meaning.... There's less resources to investigate crimes or carry out education to prevent rapes. It's completely backwards.

exactly, i've been asking this for years on here and FB... what exactly do they want?
at proper marches, they have a clear, coherent motive, that if listened to by the powers that be, can be implemented. whether you agree with them or not.

Yet they always seem to be the ones crying unfair and throwing fits when called out.
I think the stand out point about the Nazis was that they didn't tar everyone with the same brush. It was only the people they didn't agree with or didn't like who were butchered mercilessly. Sounds a bit familiar.

This will be a good safeguard until some sneaky fascist decides to cross the ethical boundary and pretend they're not a fascist or a racist, when in fact they're trying to fool people and place a veneer of respectability on their fascist and racist views. Then it gets more tricky and we will have to look more into what people do and say instead of just taking things at face value

I fully intend to steal my next weekly shop from the supermarket and when they pull me up on it I shall clearly state I am not a shoplifter, despite all evidence to the contrary, but hopefully they will take my words at face value...some on this board surely will.
Ah, be fair. I'm sure that this is just a public event, and in the background they must be working in a constructive way with various groups which specialise in addressing the national problems around sexual violence with some effective strategies to make things better. Only an idiot would think that just walking around shouting at immigrants is likely to achieve their stated aims
