What are they hoping to achieve? I haven't read anything about their reasoning for tomorrow.

This is the insidious way the right wing extremists infiltrate the psyche of ‘normal’ people. Pick a cause that nobody in their right mind would disagree with....let’s say....rape. Then when you have the attention of the masses you start to bring up your agenda, slowly though, don’t want to scare the new recruits away. So you’re against rape, of course, and did you know that somebody was raped in roker (an example, I don’t know anything for sure), and the rapist was an immigrant? There’s been a few immigrants moved into Sunderland you know? Then a false correlation is implanted in people’s minds. Immigrants/rape.

So of course being against rape doesn’t make you right wing, and you know that. That is a reductive statement that attempts to address a very complex issue in such a way that nobody could disagree.
  9. You took the words right out of my mouth!

Joking aside, it couldn't be put better - thank you.

Ah, the anti-anti-fascists. Great bunch of lads.

I'd be willing to give anyone the time of day, if they actaully had something to say
I'm sure that 'the left' are fully supportive of free speech, its what is contained in that speech that they are against. If you want to spew a vile, hatred filled rhetoric in public, that is your right as a law abiding Englishman, but its also the right of everyone else to call them out on it

  11. Indeed, on reflection, maybe I should've named the thread, "Gammon Watch: Sunderland, Saturday 15th Sept."

I'll avoid using the term "lol", if you don't mind.

If so she looks like a rather well known, ahem, adult actress...

    Unless it is said actress
