Although it definitely dipped, Daphne's family being a low point, it did pick up and there were some excellent episodes later on, I thought it ended really well.

I'll give it a go. I liked his character in Cheers and I need something I can dip into and have nothing on the go. Assuming it is streamed on somewhere.

My heart is saying it’s brilliant news, head is saying don’t do it.

I’d hope they’ll throw the very best scriptwriters at it and introduce us to a whole new supporting cast. I’d guess Freddie and his family would be an obvious character set to develop. Frasier the Grandad has lots of comedy potential.

I refuse to accept that Hartlepool is big enough to have it's own subculture!
