Got the kit they gave me all the bits.

They said they bought it because they had a similar problem to me (living in a new build apartment block) but last summer was so unbearable they fucked off to Scotland then had a proper aircon system installed.

Ok, some folk dont bother with them which makes system useless.
Mate at Tooting drilled hole behind unit to outside which is probably more effective/less chew but he owns the place.
