You'd say got the team wrong based on what we saw so far

I love Curran but his bowling looks pretty innocuous , not writing him off mind
 
Why have wickets around the world got so slow?

Surely pace is good for the game? Surely it gets crowds in? And surely the knowledge on how to produce good wickets has improved over time?
 
Yeah that’s true. I meant in general however. Look at the Aussies wickets as well

I agree completely. There is so much good about cricket today but the wickets in Australia (Melb and Sydney) and those in the WI are definitely poorer for cricket than they were many years ago. Australia was great in the 80s and 90s each ground had its different and very distinctive qualities and they are generally a bit dull now.
