There are delays.

This is no word of a lie. Man in a 1990s Newcastle top just called the dr "an ignorant f***ing paki c*nt" and stormed out because he'd been waiting too long. I stood up as he was storming out and said "oi, you can't f***ing talk to people like that" and he said "I'll say what I want" and stormed out with his missus.

f***ing ridiculous. What a fool, hope they call the police.
