Most do. GOM the poor fucker! spent loads of time explaining the clubs financial situation and putting it in terms the simpletons (me included) could understand. Yet he still gets grief. Loads of posters get information but less and less will post. Just end up in a witch hunt against them. It’s sad as fuck

Was there no truth in the posts saying that a number of the commercial staff were leaving yesterday? Or were they leaving and it was nothing to do with the takeover?

Not in the slightest. His next two tweets were responding to a tweet where it said the chances of it going through were 50/50 and that Donald was hampering the potential sale by changing his asking price and things. That's quite a serious accusation that could seriously lose him goodwill among the fans if the deal collapsed. Being accused of it obviously annoyed him, so it's fair to assume that all 3 tweets related to people peddling that story as gospel, rather than being anything to do with the fairly harmless snippets reiver has posted

He's making himself sound important by posting a load of overblown claims on the internet and whipping up a fan frenzy, maybe? If you don't think they look at these fan forums then I think you'd be surprised. He also mentioned the 50/50 thing which gained traction on here.
