9th in division 3. No money. No takeover. And now we get Parkinson.
He'll keep us up

Or that we're not a very decent proposition at all, given he's seemingly passed on us.We know where we are at. "If" this takeover/investment is off then so be it but the fact that someone like Michael Dell have shown real interest highlights the fact that we are a decent proposition for someone. I think we all knew SD wasn't in it for the long term and certainly doesn't have the finance to fund is back in the Prem. I think he has done far more good than bad for our club.
Would have been relegated long before this if it wasn’t for Johnson. We once harboured a nonce so yes.

It’s going to get a lot worse
Are you always this positive and enthusiastic?Looks like no investment or takeover,9th in the 3rd tier, lacklustre new managerial appointment, rumours of no scouting network.
Is this a new low point in our history from which we will kick on or will be plumb even lower depths?
I agree but he was still a nonce that we protected so when people say appointing Parkinson is the worst thing we’ve ever done I must disagree.Would have been relegated long before this if it wasn’t for Johnson.
Could get lower, he could downgrade academy yet
My mate has cancer. He's getting the result of his scan today. Dry yer eyes, mate.9th in division 3. No money. No takeover. And now we get Parkinson.
You have no idea what is happening with investmentLooks like no investment or takeover,9th in the 3rd tier, lacklustre new managerial appointment, rumours of no scouting network.

Of course it could be worse. We could be a Bolton or a Bury.
We’ve just appointed a proven League One manager with a track record of getting promotion out of this league on a shoestring budget.
Even if we had money, we couldn’t use it due to FFP so the takeover happening or not happening, doesn’t really matter at this stage.
If we were top of the league by 10 points, we’d still be in the lowest position in the clubs history
IS being in League 1 really a more attractive proposition for investors? A minimum of two years away from Premier League football? Sounds a bit of a fallacy to me.
