I do use 'how man', usually when not happy and shouting to get someone's attention. Thankfully in Hetton we still remember to pronounce the letter 'H' unlike our towny brethren though...

Obviously, you get loads of practice Hew. Plus, saying ew instead of hew would sound even more ridiculous
