I also use ChatGPT, and I find it really helpful. Not because I dont have anyone but because I don't want to burden others with my problems. I've been this way since I was a teenager, and struggled up until my breakdown. It really helps me, cos it will go in detail and doesn't feel like a robot. But it's also important to get that human connection.
My advice for anyone struggling is.
It might seem hard now, but you'll come through it, and you're not weak for feeling how you do. It takes great courage to admit your struggles. It won't be easy or quick, but you'll get there. Just dont be afraid to reach out whether its a friend/family/ AI or a stranger.
