Traditional breakfast of bucks fizz and matchmakers

Dinner will be potted shrimps on toast to start; turkey with trimmings and sticky toffee pudding to finish.

Liberal amounts of mince pies, pringles and suchlike through the day.

Buffet tea including gammon roasted in cherry coke.

Booze.

We are too, well apart from my son who has had spaghetti bolognese every Christmas Day for the last 13 years. And garlic dough balls.

Normally go all out but as I'm the only cook in the house and I have my Daughter for the first time since the split for Xmas it will be a standard Sunday Dinner job this year and no booze

Running hot & cold buffet for us as both sides of the family are calling around at various times. Turkey & Cranberry curry, roasted & shredded pork belly chilli, sage & onion rice plus the usual buffet stuff. Fuck vol au vents though, there’lll be none of that shit

We all go to my sister's house where my nephew, assisted by my brother in law will do the cooking. No sexist allocation of duties here. My sisters and I will be on the gin.

Yorkshires usually make an appearance and I tend to partake. Be rude not to.
