Harrowing that first episode like. Although the people in charge were idiots the programme illustrates that the system was utterly flawed. Found myself shouting at the tele at the stupidity. Very depressing but a must watch. Will def keep watching but as we know this doesn't get better or end well.

I was reading an article about that and how they went in to check it and whatnot. The numbers surrounding it are mindboggling.
