239-6, partnership of 110.

Pringle gone for 60.

If we could get up beyond 300 it will atleast give us something to bowl at.

Second batting point secured.

Poynter dropped on 4 by Nash. Apparently they've dropped 4/5 already today.

Marty just said on comms that Luke Wright is waiting for a call from his missus, who is due to give birth.

Hopefully she rings while Sussex are batting and it's an incredibly slow (but totally safe) labour ;).

275-7, new ball taken.

Coughlin smashes one to the cover boundary and is out.

Might not make 300.

Onions second baller.

286 all out. Very dissappointing capitulation at the end. Last 4 wickets went for 17 .

With 11 overs to survive. Sussex are going along at 5 an over

Dissappointing day. We'll have to make early inroads tomorrow or it could be a long, gruelling day of toil in the heat.

Listened to the commentary for the last hour, Durham unlucky not to have them 2 or 3 down. i reckon 287 might be a decent score.
Ex Academy players leading the way again.

Nash c Poynter b Onions 22.

Fourth ball of the day, 43-2. Good start. Ha'way Durham!

Wells cruising to his 50.

Our batting has performed better than I thought this season. The bowling has been much poorer than I imagine

Must admit, I thought we'd run through teams' batting much better than we have done.

Rushy in particular doesn't seem to carry the threat he has in the past few years.

100 partnership.

van Zyl 50.

104-1 in the session, we're really up against it here.
