Breakfast

Cuppa and a biscuit when I get to work, sarnie for my 10 o’clock, dinner then nowt till teatime.
 
Tell you what though in my last place of work they did really good poached eggs which were nice with a bit of toast and relatively healthy. Canteen at my new place is shite.
 
In an ideal world I'd have a big slap up brekkie every day, but in real terms i find it's by far the easiest meal to skip if you're dropping a bit of timber or want to indulge a little more later in the day. I'd be clamming to death if i had to go without my tea, but breakfast doesn't really bother me.
 
Tried to force meself to do that cos apparently the extra fibre is really good for you but I just can't get in to the swing of it.

Do you stick out on it?
Just some sweetner. Dull as fuck but I don't mind it. Keeps me going to lunch.
If I work from home I knock up scrambled eggs instead.
