Idle Threats by Alan Parkinson, laugh a minute all the way through.

Adrian Mole series by Sue Townsend, I’m into the third one, still having many a good laugh at the hapless Mole.

Going round the bend on the QE2. by Nicholas Walker.
A light hearted look at a round the World Cruise.
Excellent. Highly recommended.
Chuckle a minute all the way through.

Anything by Charlie Connelly but especially Attention all shipping: A journey round the shipping forecast.

Anything by Tony Hawks but especially Round Ireland with a fridge.

Stark by Ben Elton (probably a bit dated by now)
there was a book i read by him, probably nearly 20 years ago which may have been semi-autobiographical about a story around infertility treatment that had me creased with laughter for the entire journey from newcastle to kings cross... think it was the weekend reidy's team got twatted 4-0 at the bridge.
