Blue badge scheme could be extended to those with dementia or autism

I welcome anything that tries to make life better for the disabled.

Having worked in many areas involving equality and diversity I got to understand many of the issues faced by those with disabilities. I have witnessed many welcome changes but more always needs to be done because of people's attitudes or lack of understanding and/or empathy.
